Cascades BOD Nominees All Elected

Cascades Inc., Kingsey Falls, Que., Canada, held its Annual General Meeting this past week, and reports that all of the candidates proposed as directors of the corporation were duly elected by a majority of votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting. The elected board members (and percent of votes for) were:
- Bernard Lemaire, 97.85%
- Laurent Lemaire 87.45%
- Alain Lemaire, 97.31%
- Louis Garneau, 98.84%
- Sylvie Lemaire, 90.98%
- David McAusland, 98.21%
- James B.C. Doak, 97.47%
- Georges Kobrynsky, 97.61%
- Elise Pelletier, 86.55%
- Sylvie Vachon, 98.82%
- Laurence G Sellyn, 98.84%.
