Mayr-Melnhof Appoints Mayringer New CFO

Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG, Vienne, Austria, has unanimously appointed Gotthard Mayringer its new CFO. Mayringer is a long-term CFO of the group Engel Holding Gesellschaft m.b.H., Schwertberg. The company is world market leader in injection moulding machines.
Born in Upper Austria, Mayringer completed studies in business administration at Johannes Keppler University in Linz. Subsequently, he was employed with KPMG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Frankfurt am Main, Linz and Salzburg, for eight years. At this time he was also a university lecturer.
Mayringer succeeds Oliver Schumy on March 1, 2015. His first term of office will be three years.
