U.K-Based Boxes and Packaging Acquires Scott Packaging

Logson Group's Boxes and Packaging, a U.K.-based group of packaging companies headquartered in Leicestershire County, England, has acquired the business and trading assets of Scott Packaging Ltd, Glasgow, Scotland, which will now be renamed Boxes and Packaging (Glasgow) Ltd. The acquisition significantly strengthens the positioning of Boxes and Packaging within the Scottish market place, complementing the existing Dumbarton site.

Boxes and Packaging provides standard and bespoke paperboard boxes, cushion boxes, in-house flexographic, litho and silk screen printing, and ancillary packaging products to customers from sites across the U.K.—Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Dumbarton, Doncaster, Grimsby, Leicester, Manchester, Merseyside, Oxford, Swindon, and now Glasgow.
