Vision P&B Partners with PankaBoard as Sheeter of PankaBrite

Earth Island Publishing, Ltd., Kent, U.K., reports that Vision Paper & Board, part of the Middleton Paper Group, has formed a new partnership with PankaBoard, Finland, as the exclusive U.K. sheeter of the PankaBrite quality, offering standard and bespoke sizes within 24 to 48 hours. PankaBrite will complement the existing range of folding boxboards and will be available in a range of cutter reel widths from 460 to 710 microns. It comes with PEFC accreditation. FSC is also available on request, ex-mill.
The range is a fully coated 100% virgin fiber folding boxboard suitable for food packaging, food service and display, and laminates. The board is hard sized for chiller cabinet cartons. PankaBrite claims excellent dimensional stability and has a caliper range offering from 460 to 1,030 microns.
PankaBrite plans to officially launch in February.
