PPSA Announces Keynote Speaker for 2015 Conference

The Pulp and Paper Safety Association (PPSA) is pleased to announce that Manager, Corporate Safety Engineering and Training Services for Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International, Joe Estey, will be the Keynote Speaker for its 2015 conference. The conference "Engaging the Heart and Mind" will be held June 7-10 in Savannah, Ga., USA, and will focus on bringing together safety and industry professionals, as well as lawyers and OSHA experts to navigate the ever-changing field of pulp and paper industry safety.
For nearly two decades, Joe Estey has assisted individuals and organizations as a Human Performance Improvement specialist. Currently, as the national manager for Safety Engineering and Training Services for Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL Intl), he is charged with creating innovative solutions to complex problems facing some of our country’s highest hazard and complex industries including fossil generation and nuclear power plants, forestry and paper production facilities, mining and manufacturing projects.
Joe will also be conducting a leadership workshop on leading to develop a culture of engagement. This workshop is limited to 50 attendees and will consist of a deeper hands-on dive into the power of engagement. This workshop is designed for key leaders (Operational VP’s, facility GM’s and department supervisors) who not only influence a broad employee base but rely on a committed and ‘engaged’ team to be successful.
