TAPPI’s third annual Tissue360° Forum, held April 20-22 during PaperCon 15 in Atlanta, Ga., USA, was the highest attended ever. The 10 peer-reviewed, noncommercial sessions drew 30% more attendees than 2014 and were rated quite highly. In fact, about 30 people stayed for a wrap-up and critique sponsored by Siemens.
Tissue360° presentations covered practical solutions such as controlling yankee doctor vibration and troubleshooting drives along with the latest in forming technology and process control solutions. The highest attended sessions were Gorham tissue’s inspiring transformational story and a joint session with NETInc (nonwovens conference) on antimicrobial and bioactive products.
For those who could not attend, proceedings will be available for sale on TAPPI.org in the fall.
