U.S. Containerboard Output Edges up

U.S. containerboard production in June was 1.2% higher than in June of last year, according to the AF&PA (Washington, D.C., USA) June 2015 U.S. Containerboard Statistics Report released this past week. The month-over-month average daily production compared with May 2015 was 2.9% higher.
The containerboard operating rate for June increased slightly to 97.4% from May’s 97.2%.
