Recard to Supply Turnkey Tissue Plant to Egyptian Producer

Recard, Italy, reports that it has signed a contract to supply a turnkey tissue plant to a confidential Egyptian company. The machine will have a production capacity of 78 metric tpd and will run at 1,500 m/min with a 2,850 mm net sheet width.
The plant will be equipped with one three-backstands double slitter-rewinder with a variable crown calender. The start-up is planned for spring 2016. It will be the third Recard machine installed in Egypt.
Recard specializes in the custom design and manufacturing of equipment and machines for the tissue paper industry. All of the machines Recard produces are manufactured in Italy.
