Containerboard Production by U.S. Companies Creeps Down in September

Containerboard output by U.S. producers this past month (September 2015) was 0.4% lower than in September 2014, according to the September 2015 U.S. Containerboard Statistics Report recently released by AF&PA (Washington, D.C., USA). The month-over-month average daily production compared with August 2015 was 3% lower.
The containerboard operating rate for September decreased slightly to 96.1%.
