Brazil BEK Exports up 13.2% in September

Brazil’s September 2015 BEK (bleached eucalyptus kraft) pulp exports were up 13.2% y/y. There was a big surge of Brazil BEK exports to China, up 47.2% in September.
The following table shows Brazil BEK exports for September 2015 vs. 2014 for China, the Netherlands, the U.S.., and the World, according to data released by SECEX – Foreign Trade Secretariat. The graph below shows monthly Brazil BEK exports from 2008 through this past September.
