Together with the other part-owners, SCA, Sweden, reports that it has decided to jointly sell Bromma Business Jet.

"We have completed the sales process jointly with the other part-owners. The sale of Bromma Business Jet is in line with SCA’s previous announcement stating that the Group will not own business jets," said Magnus Groth, president and CEO of SCA.

The divestment is expected to be completed not later than Feb. 29, 2016. The transaction will give rise to costs of approximately SEK 95 million and be reported as an item affecting comparability in the third quarter of 2015.

SCA produces sustainable personal care, tissue, and forest products. The Group has about 44,000 employees. Sales in 2014 amounted to approximately SEK 104 billion (EUR 11.4 billion).
