Boxboard Output by U.S Producers Edges down

Total U.S. boxboard production decreased 1.1% compared with September 2014 and decreased 4.9% from last month, according to the AF&PA (Washington, D.C., USA) September 2015 U.S. Paperboard Report published this past week. Unbleached kraft boxboard production decreased over the same month as last year and decreased compared with last month.
Total solid bleached boxboard and liner production decreased compared with September 2014 and decreased compared with last month. The production of recycled boxboard was flat compared with September 2014 and decreased compared with last month.
