U.S. Containerboard Output Improves in November

U.S. containerboard production this past November was 1.1% higher than in November of last year, according to the AF&PA (Washington, D.C., USA) November 2015 U.S. Containerboard Statistics Report released this week. The month-over-month average daily production compared with October 2015 was 0.4% higher.
The containerboard operating rate for November decreased to 94.1%, and the year-to-date operating rate is 0.2% lower than the same period in 2014 at 96.1%.
