Graphic Packaging Completes Acquisition of Walter G. Anderson

Graphic Packaging Holding Co., Atlanta, Ga., USA, a global provider of packaging solutions to food, beverage, and consumer products companies, this week announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Graphic Packaging International Inc., has completed the previously announced acquisition of 100% of the outstanding equity of Walter G. Anderson, Inc. from its shareholders.
WG Anderson is a folding carton manufacturer with a focus on store branded food and consumer product markets. The company operates two world-class sheet-fed folding carton converting facilities in Hamel, Minn., and Newton, Iowa.
