U.S. Containerboard Output Creeps Higher

Containerboard production in the U.S. was 1% higher than in January 2015, according to the AF&PA (Washington, D.C., USA) 2016 Containerboard Statistics Report published this past week. The month-to-month average daily production compared with December 2015 was 5.3% higher. The containerboard operating rate for January increased to 95.2%.
