Peterson Joins Monadnock as VP, Human Resources

Monadnock Paper Mills Inc., Bennington, N.H., USA, a family-owned producer of high-performance specialty papers for the technical, packaging, and printing markets, announced that William Peterson has joined the company as VP of Human Resources. He will be stepping in as Joe Fletcher retires after 23 years of service and many positive contributions to Monadnock.

Peterson has had a long and distinguished career in human resources within and outside of the paper industry. He has worked for Boise Cascade, Mead Westvaco, Twin Rivers Paper, and most recently Lincoln Paper and Tissue.

"I am pleased to appoint someone of Bill’s caliber to our executive leadership team," said Richard Verney, chairman and CEO of Monadnock. "His breadth of experience in talent acquisition, health and safety, workforce strategy, and team building will serve us well."

Peterson earned his B.S. degree in personnel and industrial relations at Syracuse University. He will relocate to the Monadnock Region in March 2016.
