DS Smith Acquires TRM Packaging

DS Smith Plc, U.K., a provider of recycled corrugated packaging in Europe, has announced the acquisition of TRM Packaging Ltd. (U.K.). TRM is a producer of specialist corrugated packaging and retail ready packaging, located in the North West of England. It employs some 270 people.
TRM’s business is complementary to DS Smith both geographically and in its FMCG customer focus.
