SCA Tissue Machine Catches Fire at Menasha Mill

A tissue machine caught fire at SCA’s Menasha, Wis., USA, mill this past week, injuring one person who suffered from smoke inhalation. The fire occurred shortly after 10:30 p.m. this past Saturday. There were no other injuries, according to a report by the USA Today Network.
The fire department reportedly had the fire under control in about 30 minutes after arriving at the mill, and then spent an additional 90 minutes or so ventilating the building. The fire caused an estimated $5,000 in damage.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined and/or reported.
