Graphic Packaging Completes Acquisition of Colorpak

 

Graphic Packaging Holding Co., Atlanta, Ga., USA, a global provider of packaging to food, beverage, and other consumer products companies, this week announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Graphic Packaging International Australia Pty., has completed the previously announced acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of Colorpak, a folding carton supplier in Australia and New Zealand. Colorpak operates three converting facilities in Melbourne, Australia, Sydney, Australia, and Auckland, New Zealand.
