Solenis Completes Acquisition of Lostris and Wester Blend

Effective April 29, 2016, Solenis LLC, Wilmington, Del., USA, through its Dutch subsidiary Solenis Netherlands B.V., completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Lostris International B.V. and Wester Blend B.V., Dutch seller and manufacturer of specialty chemicals primarily used in the pulp and paper industry. The businesses will be integrated into Solenis as part of its strategy to broaden its process chemicals offering and expand its geographic presence.
