TAPPI Career Center: WMU seeks Faculty Specialist Lecturer

The Faculty Specialist I – Lecturer will:
- Teach Undergraduate courses and supervise laboratory sessions in the paper engineering curriculum
- Maintain paper laboratory equipment
- Serve on Department and University committees as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Evidence of high quality teaching experience
- Expertise in teaching and supervising paper engineering courses and laboratory sessions including and understanding of TAPPI test methods, papermaking, coating, wet-end chemistry, printing technology, paper physics, fiber microscopy, recycling, pulping, and bleaching.
- At least three years of teaching and supervising academic laboratories at the university level
- Demonstrated understanding of the industry.
