Wellington Management Decreases Stake in PCA

In a slight change of the public ownership composition of the packaging company recently, Wellington Management Group decreased its stake in Packaging Corp. of America (PCA), Atlanta, Ga., USA, by 42.9% during the first quarter of 2016, according to a report early this week by Community Financial News (Sioux Falls, S.D., USA). According to Wellington's most recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Wellington Management Group LLP owned 2.22% of PCA.
Other hedge funds and other institutional investors have also bought and/or sold shares of the company. IFP Advisors Inc. increased its position in Packaging Corp. of America by 10.6% in the first quarter.
