DS Smith to Acquire Deku-Pack

DS Smith Plc, U.K., a provider of recycled corrugated packaging in Europe, has announced the proposed acquisition of Deku-Pack, a specialist in Point of Sale and display products and services for in- store marketing, located in Denmark.
Deku-Pack employs some 80 people. The business is focused on FMCG, retail and media markets and significantly builds on the company’s capability within the Scandinavian markets.
The acquisition is subject to competition clearance, which DS Smith expects during calendar Q3 2016, with completion shortly thereafter.
