Arctic Paper's Grundberg to Resign from Supervisory Board

The management board of Arctic Paper S.A. (Kostrzyn, Poland) reported that on August 8 the company received information that Member of the Supervisory Board of Arctic Paper S.A., Rolf Olof Grundberg, will resign from his position on the Supervisory Board of the Company effective September 14 of this year.
The resignation was justified with personal reasons.
