Liqui-Box to Acquire Conotainer
Liqui-Box, Richmond, Va., USA, a world leader in flexible liquid packaging solutions, this week announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Conotainer, based in Madrid, Spain. Conotainer is a leading manufacturer of bag-in-box products specializing in the wine and beverage segments across mainland Europe.
