Precision Global Names Three to Sales Team

Precision Global, Rye Brook, Ill., USA, a global manufacturer of valves, actuators, and other dispensing solutions serving a variety of end markets, this week announced that it has made three key appointments in its sales organization. The appointments are:
- Matthias Welp as Director Global Account Management
- Abe Baksh as Bag-On-Valve ("BOV") Sales Manager, North America
- Pascal Delettang as Pump Sales Manager, North America.
Welp joins Precision in a key role based in Hattersheim, Germany. He is tasked with supporting the company's global sales teams as the primary liaison to international consumer packaged goods (CPG) customers, as well as leading sales initiatives for these accounts.
Delettang and Baksh, who will both be based in Greenville, S.C., each bring more than 25 years of industry expertise to their respective new roles with the Precision sales team in North America.
Markus Raab, chief commercial officer of Precision, said that "we are excited to further bolster our sales team with the addition of these three talented professionals. Matthias is a highly experienced packaging industry professional who will support our global efforts to further enhance service to our valued international CPG customers. Pascal and Abe are uniquely equipped to drive the growth of key product categories, including BOV and dispensing pumps, in North America."

Welp has more than a decade of experience in global sales management in the packaging industry, as well as 15 years of experience in marketing and sales for consumer brands. Most recently, he was a sales director at Carl Edelmann, a carton packaging manufacturer. Prior to that, Welp held a number of different leadership positions at L'Oréal Group.
Baksh has 25 years of experience in BOV technology, having worked in a wide range of areas, including production and process development, manufacturing, quality control, material management, product application, troubleshooting, and business development. He previously has worked for CCL, EP Spray System, and Lindal.
Delettang has more than 25 years of experience in the pump technology industry. His areas of expertise include sales and key account management. Previously, Delettang worked for Calmar's European and U.S. operations, Emsar, and HK Blossom International.
