New-Indy to Acquire triPAQ

New-Indy JV Corp., Ontario, Calif, USA, will acquire triPAQ, Inc., a corrugated packaging company with facilities in Santa Ana and Cerritos, Calif., Mexicali (Mexico), and Tijuana (Mexico).
New-Indy noted that the acquisition of triPAQ provides it with an entry into the large Southern California box market and expands its footprint into Mexico with a diverse mix of custom corrugated and specialty packaging capabilities.
The synergistic acquisition will further integrate New-Indy's mills in Ontario and Oxnard, Calif., as well as the Encorr Sheet feeder that is scheduled to begin operating in early 2017 and is located next to the Ontario Mill.
Brad McCroskey, CEO and co-chair of triPAQ, Inc., will continue to oversee the company's operation and growth, New-Indy added.
