Pulsar to Reshape Group Control Structure

In accordance with the strategic development plan begun in 2012, Pulsar Srl, Italy, this week announced that it has decided to modify its organizational structure. Pulsar Srl is 100% owner of two other companies, constituting a Group, with the following characteristics and mission: 

• PULSAR Srl is the parent company, with the mission of managing all of the relationships and transactions with the external parties, including sales and purchasing, such as customers, suppliers, credit Institutions, and others. 
• PULSAR ENGINEERING Srl, with the mission of managing the technical sales support, the after-sales, and R&D activities. Pulsar Engineering operates exclusively on behalf of Pulsar Srl, and is located at the same premises. 
• PULSAR AMERICA Inc., having the mission of managing sales and after-sales activities in the North-American market (U.S. and Canada).

The evolution of the Group during recent years has been focused on the tissue industry and has been addressed towards an increase and partial renewal of the product range, introducing new products and innovative services focused on supporting the line efficiency increase. These specific improvements have been mainly carried out through Pulsar Engineering Srl, which has thus become the driving force of the Group evolution. 

For these reasons, the shareholders have decided to streamline the Group’s structure, adapting it to the new evolutions and joining together the operational activities and the product research and development under the Pulsar Engineering Srl company. 

Therefore, beginning Jan. 1, 2017, all of the operational activities among which commercial, production, and technical activities will be completely and automatically transferred from Pulsar Srl to Pulsar Engineering Srl, which will have at its disposal the personnel currently employed by both companies. The new references of the company will then change as follows:
