Inpro/Seal Introduces VB45-S Bearing Isolator

Inpro/Seal has now introduced the VB45-S Bearing Isolator, a non-contacting two-part compound labyrinth seal that increases equipment reliability through premium bearing protection and a compact design.

The VB45-S is IP66 rated, providing premium ingress protection against both harmful dust particulates and powerful water jets from all directions. Typical Bearing Isolator designs are IP55 rated and can only reach IP66 ratings by significantly increasing the length of the design. The VB45-S is unique by offering IP66 protection at only a 0.625 overall length.

The VB45-S provides outstanding protection from lubrication loss by utilizing an enlarged D-Groove for oil lubricated equipment or a grease band for grease lubricated equipment.

With only a 0.625 in. (15.88 mm) overall length, the VB45-S Bearing Isolator is one of the most compact Bearing Isolators to offer premium performance while being able to be installed on equipment with limited space without the need for equipment modifications.
