A Full Day of Sessions to Focus on Measure and Control Production of Your Cellulose Nanomaterials at Nano 2017
As more companies are producing cellulose nanomaterials, the analytical techniques to measure and control production are also in rapid development.Make plans to be at TAPPI’s 2017 International Conference on Nanotechnology for Renewable Materials (Nano 2017) on June 8, and attend this full day of sessions devoted to new metrology methods, quantitative property control during production of cellulose nanofibers, international and commercial measurement needs, and measuring intrinsic properties of cellulosic nanomaterials.
Nano 2017 takes place June 5-8, 2017 in Montreal, Que., Canada, and will feature 140 technical presentations. Sessions include the use of cellulose nanomaterials in biomedical applications, composites, electronics, paper, and packaging. Characterization and functionalization of cellulose nanomaterials are covered in additional sessions. Sessions also address industrial production and safety and environmental issues.
Nano 2017 will also feature an End Users Panel Discussion (Tuesday, June 6). Hear from representatives of Cabot Corp., Ford Motor Co., L’Oreal, and Schlumberger in this first-of-its-kind panel. This year’s conference co-chairs wanted to ensure the program included an opportunity to hear from potential end users. These global companies will comment on their interest in the cellulose nanomaterials and potential applications. See the full technical program.
