WestRock Completes Acquisition of Multi Packaging Solutions

WestRock Co., Norcross, Ga., USA, a provider of differentiated paper and packaging solutions, this week announced the completion of the acquisition of Multi Packaging Solutions International. WestRock refinanced MPS debt as part of the transaction.
