• Gunnar Nicholson Gold Medal Award - Established in 1928, this is the Association's highest technical honor, and is presented annually to one or more individuals for preeminent scientific and engineering achievements of proven commercial benefit to the world's pulp, paper, board, and forest products industries and the other industries that TAPPI serves. • Herman L. Joachim Distinguished Service Award – This is the Association's highest award for service and is presented annually to recognize leadership and service which have significantly and demonstrably contributed to the advancement of the Association. Established in 1983, this award is the highest honor the Association can bestow upon an individual for exemplary leadership. Nomination Form

• Paul W. Magnabosco Outstanding Local Section Member Award – This is the Association’s highest honor for local sections and is presented annually to recognize an individual for outstanding leadership and exceptional service to one or more Local Sections, which have resulted in significant and demonstrable benefits to the Local Section members. • TAPPI/PIMA Executive of the Year Award – Among the highest honors bestowed by TAPPI and PIMA, the Executive of the Year Award is presented to senior-level executives in the pulp, paper or converting industries for excellence in management and outstanding contributions to the industry as a whole. • TAPPI Fellow - TAPPI Fellows are individuals who have been members of TAPPI for 10 or more years and have contributed meritorious service to the Association and/or the paper and related industries. Retiring members of the TAPPI Board of Directors become Fellows automatically at the end of their term. Each year, the Association may elect members as TAPPI Fellows in recognition of meritorious service to the Association and the industry. The title Fellow is also conferred upon TAPPI presidents and directors at the end of their terms of office, and upon Gunnar Nicholson Gold Medal Awardees and Herman L. Joachim Distinguished Service Recipients. Nomination Form

• Top Outstanding Young Professionals – This award recognizes emerging leaders in the pulp, paper, packaging, tissue, and related forest products industries. Recipients are recognized throughout the year at TAPPI events, in various electronic publications, and online. Invitations will be extended to the honorees to attend their division-specific TAPPI conference during their award year to receive recognition and receive one free year of TAPPI membership.
