NAPCO Acquires Vulcan Information Packaging

NAPCO, Sparta, N.C., USA, a specialty packaging provider founded in 1977, this week announced it has agreed to acquire the assets of Vulcan Information Packaging (including Binders.com), Vincent, Ala., a division of EBSCO Industries. Vulcan (VIP) will operate as an independent subsidiary of NAPCO under its current leadership team at the company’s current facility in Vincent.
