Fairmont Supply Appoints Lauer VP and GM

Fairmont Supply, Washington, Pa., USA, one of the largest distributors of industrial maintenance, repair, and operation supplies in the U.S., has appointed Tanya Lauer VP and GM.

Lauer is responsible for growing sales and marketing, oversight of the distribution center operations, managing profitability, and supporting the integration of acquisitions. She comes to Fairmont Supply with more than 15 years of leadership experience in sales and operations with both distribution and manufacturing companies. Most recently, she was VP, global sales for Kerite, Marmon Utility – A Berkshire Hathaway company. She has held leadership positions at various distribution companies, including Turtle & Hughes Integrated Supply, WESCO, Clark Security Products, Baer Supply, and Grainger. Lauer holds a B.S. degree in business administration from Kansas State University.
