China’s Paper and Paperboard Outputs Slide in October-November

China’s paper and paperboard outputs were down y/y for the second straight month—October/November 2017. This is the first time for such a drop in 2.5 years, but the China output still was up 3.5% y/y Jan.-Nov. 2017, according to data maintained by China’s National Bureau of Statistics.
