Gorman-Rupp, pump manufacturer located in Mansfield, Ohio, USA, has introduced a new line of cost-effective, priming-assisted centrifugal pumps. The ValuPrime is a compact and powerful pump ideally suited for the dewatering needs of the construction, industrial, and agricultural markets and is based on the proven technology of the Prime Aire® and Prime Aire Plus® lines.
Featuring model sizes 4 in. x 4 in. (100 mm x 100 mm) and 6 in. x 6 in. (150 mm x 150 mm), flows to 1,520 GPM (95.9 lps), total dynamic head to 150 ft. (45.7 m) and solids handling capabilities up to 3 in. (76.2 mm), these pumps provide a high level of performance.
The new VPA Series pump line comes standard with a 34 gal. fuel tank, programmable control panel, EPA compliant Isuzu Final Tier IV diesel engine, and a one-year factory warranty. These pumps are ideal for floodwater/storm standby, general job site dewatering, river and dam bypass operations, dust control, and for water and street department applications.
