Higher fiber prices and constraints in fiber supply are hot topics in today’s tissue industry. North Carolina State University and TAPPI are excited to present Tissue Day at NC State 2018; this symposium will focus on "Fiber Development, Sourcing, Trends, and Innovation." More than 17 global experts will discuss trends in the tissue industry, changes in consumption patterns, developments, and how that translates into fiber demand, supply, and pricing. In this venue, we will also discuss fiber development and use of nanotechnology in tissue manufacturing. The event will take place on the North Carolina State Campus, Raleigh, N.C., on January 24 and 25, 2018. Participants have the option to attend in person or online, More information on the event is available online.
Experts will share their experience from the field, discussing current challenges, trends, and opportunities.
