Kemira Increases Polymer Prices in Americas Region

Kemira, Finland, a global chemicals company serving customers in water intensive industries, has announces price increases across its polymer product lines in the Americas region. The price increases, effective on shipments made on or after Feb. 1, 2018, or as contracts allow, are necessary due to escalating raw material and logistics costs where there continues to be tightness and capacity availability concerns.
The increases will affect anionic and cationic polyacrylamides (dry and emulsion), low molecular weight polymers, epichlorohydrin polyamines, and dispersants.
