PEERS 2018 Call for Papers Now Open

The Pulping, Engineering, Environmental, Recycling, and Sustainability (PEERS) Conference is an expert-led conference providing real-world results in the pulping, power/recovery, environmental, and equipment reliability areas of the mill and is designed to address actual challenges that mill teams face each day. Taking place Oct. 28-31, 2018, in Portland Ore., USA, it is co-located and runs concurrently with the International Bioenergy & Bioproducts (IBBC) Conference.
You’re invited to share your latest successes with key industry decision-makers looking for cutting-edge solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs. Manuscripts that provide reports or case studies on the latest advances in technology, increases in efficiency and reliability, as well as fundamental process knowledge and control are requested.

Student Poster Session and Competition
Students are invited to submit abstracts on topics for innovative solutions to compete in a poster session refereed by industry experts. Sustainably driving our industry forward, this competition is the perfect opportunity for project ideas related to process improvements in consumption of energy, water and raw materials or the creation of new sustainable products. Student research, senior design or internship projects are also welcome.
Submit Abstract
The deadline to submit abstracts is March 23, 2018. Submit title and 300-word (or shorter) abstract via TAPPI's Speaker Management System. All submissions will be peer reviewed for acceptance.
All submissions must be received by the above deadline to be considered for acceptance. Due to the large number of submissions received, the organizers cannot guarantee acceptance of abstracts received after the deadline.
