Kartonsan Selects Greycon for New Production Planning, MES Systems with SAP

Turkish coated board producer Kartonsan has appointed Greycon, U.K., to implement its full range of solutions including opt-Studio for production planning, X-Trim for trim optimization, and GreyconMill as Manufacturing Execution System at its facilities in Turkey.

Kartonsan is the leading coated board producer in Turkey with about 40% market share, and is the fourth largest producer in Europe.  Founded in 1967, Kartonsan has been increasing its capacity and production volume during the past few years by investing in the expansion and modernization of the company.
