With a technical program spanning more than two-and-a-half days, nearly 300 workplace safety professionals will meet at the stunning Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Fla., for PPSA’s 75th Annual Safety and Health Conference.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Todd Conklin, Ph.D., will deliver the highly-anticipated keynote address titled The New Human Performance Safety Theory on June 18. Dr. Conklin is a recognized author, engaging speaker, and industry expert on workplace performance, organizational development, and safety standards.
As a Senior Advisor to the Associate Director, emphasis in Organizational Development and Human Reliability, at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Dr. Conklin has served in the Human Resource and Reliability Management and Training arena for the past 15 years.
The Education Continues with a Real-World View: Implementing New OSHA Fall Protection Regulations
This session from Thomas Kramer, PE, CSP, provides actionable items for attendees regarding the OSHA rule on Walking-Working Surfaces and Personal Fall Protection Systems.
After this session, participants will be able to state important recent developments and actions their organization needs to take to facilitate compliance with the new OSHA rule.
Kramer is a safety consultant and structural engineer with more than 20 years of experience and speaking at 150 different workshops on fall safety. He is the Managing Principal at LJB Inc.
