Winpak Announces Director Voting Results

Winpak Ltd., Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, this week announced that nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated Feb. 28, 2018, were elected as directors of the corporation at its annual meeting of shareholders held April 26, 2018, in Winnipeg, A total of 84.5%t of outstanding shares were voted.
Each of the directors was elected by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting. The results of the vote are set out in the following table:
