A.Celli Paper, Blue Tissue Team up to Design Turnkey Tissue Mill

The Blue Tissue Sapi de C.V., Mexico, has chosen the technology of A.Celli Paper, Italy, to fulfil the order of a complete turnkey tissue plant. In doing so, the company has availed itself of A.Celli's technological excellence in terms of stock preparation and rewinding systems.
The Blue Tissue group specializes in the manufacture of tissue products of high absorption, softness, and quality, and has met with considerable success in a number of sectors, with particular attention on tissue products for hygienic, healthcare, and sanitary uses in public places (AfH - Away from Home tissue products).
The new tissue machine will have a pope reel measuring 2,700 mm in width and a working speed of 2,000 m/min, and is part of a complete turnkey project.
The design of the new generation LPG gas hood and the 16-ft. steel forged yankee cylinder are the additional elements of technological excellence. The order is completed by a 100% virgin fiber stock preparation system, which will work in conjunction with a deinking system (supplied by the customer), as well as a two-plies slitter rewinder.
Startup of the plant is scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2019.
