De Jong Packaging Completes Acquisition Of Gaster Wellpappe

De Jong Packaging Holding (DJV), which describes its comapny as "the only independent corrugated manufacturer in the Netherlands" was pleased to announce this month (Sept. 2018) that it has effectively completed the acquisition of Gaster Wellpappe and expands it’s production to Germany.
"I’m pleased I’ve met Henk de Jong and his company, who shares the philosophy of our family and I’m looking forward to develop the Gaster Wellpappe company together," said DJV CEO Ad Smit.
The acquisition of Gaster Wellpappe is described by the company as a strategy that will strengthen business activities. Gaster Wellpappe will continue the activities under its current name.
