Graphic Packaging Completes Acquisition of Letica Foodservice Assets

Graphic Packaging Holding Co. (Atlanta, Ga., USA), on Monday (Oct. 1, 2018) announced that its subsidiary, Graphic Packaging International, has completed the previously announced acquisition of substantially all the assets of the foodservice business of Letica Corporation, a subsidiary of RPC Group PLC.
The purchase announcement initially made on Aug. 28, 2018 noted that the total price of the transaction was $95 million. The business generated $110 million in revenue and converted approximately 40,000 tons of solid bleached sulfate (SBS) paperboard in the twelve months that ended 6/30/2018.
