Mack Manufacturing (Mobile, Ala., USA) specializes in low-profile log grapples for all types of cranes and derricks, with or without hydraulic rotation. Tine openings range from 16ft. 7in. to 20ft. 7in. (5.05m to 6.27m).
They are available as electro-hydraulically self-contained, diesel self-contained, or for use with an independent hydraulic power source. All come completely self-contained and ready for operation with Mack engineered and tested heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders.
Modern weld design permits faster handling of wood at full capacity. Pins and shafts are heat-treated steel of adequate size to prevent breakage and promote long service life.
