TAPPI’s Nonwovens Division (NET) is presenting a free webinar on June 10 at 12:00 p.m. EST called Sustainable Fibers for Nonwovens.
There is a wide diversity of fibers that can be processed in nonwovens applications. In recent years, there has been a push for sustainability in the textile and nonwovens industries. In this topical webinar, Dr. Brian George will discuss:
- Important fiber properties and some of their functional applications
- Recent advances in making fibers more sustainable
- Fibers from novel sources that can be used for nonwovens
