Now more than ever, knowledge-sharing is critical to the success of our industry. Throughout the month of September, TAPPI’s PIMA Division has hosted a series of virtual sessions created to provide content and support for executives, mill managers, emerging leaders, and suppliers. The Innovation and Leadership Conference Series focused on “Leading Mills Successfully into the Future” and explored the connection between leadership and innovation from a variety of critical viewpoints.
The final session in the Conference Series is PIMA’s popular Executive Panel. Traditionally a lynchpin of the PIMA program at PaperCon, the Executive Panel will take place on Wednesday, September 30 at 11:00 a.m. ET. With a focus on leadership that fosters a culture of innovation, Paper360° Senior Editors Graeme Rodden and Mark Rushton join Editorial Director and panel facilitator Jan Bottiglieri in a virtual discussion with two industry leaders, Michael Carroll, VP Innovation, Georgia Pacific, and John Panichella, CEO, Solenis.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear expert commentary on leadership, innovation, and the connection between the two—and how this connection can impact their own leadership journey. They will also have the chance to participate in a live attendee discussion on critical industry topics, moderated by Paper360° editors, after the panel session.

There is a nominal charge of $29 for TAPPI members to attend the Executive Panel session and $49 for non-members. There are additional discounts for Young Professionals, students, and retired professionals.
