Green Bay Packaging Acquires Third Dimension Inc.

Green Bay Packaging Inc. (GBP) has acquired Third Dimension Inc. The acquisition was effective October 1, 2020.
Third Dimension (TD) Inc. was founded in 1991 by Louis DeJesus and Jeanette DeJesus. TD has an excellent reputation in the marketplace for corrugated packaging innovation, molded foam packaging, 4 color digital printing and superior customer service. TD is headquartered in Geneva, OH and has operations in Middlefield, OH and services Ohio, Virginia, and Kentucky.

TD will continue to be led by Louis DeJesus and Mike Kelly. Mr. DeJesus will also stay on as CEO of CompanyBox; an e-commerce packaging web business in which GBP has a minority ownership position.
