Tecno Paper Has Supplied to Filar One Tissue Slitter Rewinder

Tecno Paper (Italy) has supplied to Filar Fijałkowscy Spółka Jawna (Poland) one Tissue Slitter Rewinder model TP-3US-TRH18, version High Performance for processing high quality tissue.
The rewinder has a trim width of 2850 mm and includes 3 unwind stands for parent reels diam. 2500 mm, slitting unit with 12 single and motorized slitters digital system for slitters positioning visualization, rewinding head able for finished reels diam. 2000 mm and speed up to 1500 m/min. The rewinder is complete with last generation AC sectional drive and control system.
The supply includes also trim removal system and reel wrapping machine. The services provided by Tecno Paper are the complete basic and detailed engineering, erection supervision, start-up and training. The rewinder have been fully tested in Tecno Paper workshop in Lucca before the shipment.
The successful start-up and commissioning has taken place in Filar tissue mill in last September.
